Seaside Guest House

Seaside Guest House is a private self-contained two bedroom guest house on the shores of Passamaquoddy Bay.

Built in 2022, this 1,550 square foot wheelchair accessible guest house has room for the entire family (including your furry four-legged friends), and all the modern amenities you want - including an electric car charging station.

Surrounded by a private gated deck overlooking the bay, you'll have plenty of outdoor space to relax, including an in-deck hot tub, BBQ, and both an outdoor dining and sitting areas. You also have your own fenced in yard for the kids and dogs to safely play.

As you enter the guest house into the open concept living area featuring a vaulted ceiling, you'll find a full kitchen, living room with floor to ceiling stone fireplace, and dining area, all drenched in natural light overlooking the bay.

Beside the entry, you'll find a full bathroom including a stacked clothes washer and dryer. At the back of the cottage are two spacious bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a king bed and the secondary bedroom has two twin beds.
